Wordpress Landing Page Video Transcript
Hey, what's up everybody? It's Preston Miller here from prestonscorner.com. Today I just want to show you how I create landing pages quickly and easily. Most of you already know exactly what a landing page is. I won't bore you with all of that. But I want to show you really quick how I create the quickly, easily, and in most times, under about a minute. First things first. I created a new page here. I titled it New Landing Page inside of WordPress. Then what I've done is I've saved it as a draft and I've hit edit with Thrive Content Builder.
Now the tool I'm using for this video and that I use on my website is Thrive Content Builder. It's part of the whole Thrive themes product structure, which I'm a big fan of. I use it. I love it. You should check it out. I have a link in the description below this video where you can go ahead and check out all of Thrive's products. If you haven't checked it out, you need to click that link, watch some of their videos and check it out, and just go ahead and buy it because it's awesome. I use it. It's great.

Basically, once I hit edit with Thrive Content Builder, watch how easy this is. This is how the page will look when you first load it up here, but all you have to do to turn it into a landing page is, with Thrive you'll notice that the page is a little bit different because I've got this right sidebar here, which is actually the Thrive Content Builder. You can add all these different things in here. But for landing pages, all you do is you hit choose landing page. Then check this out. I have a template, a library, of all these different pages that I can use, and just load them up, just like that. If I want to have a video sales page, check this out. All I would do is I would hit sales page over here and then, like, this video sales page. All I do is hit load landing page and check this out. Very quickly it loads up all the elements of that exact template into my WordPress page right here. Check this out, this is awesome. I've got my own sales page just like that. Okay? Then all I would do is hit save changes and preview, and this is exactly how it would look to everybody. These pages are mobile responsive. They're ready to go. Now check this out, isn't that awesome? This is a professional looking page. You'd have to get a designer to do tons of work on this to do this. Now, sorry about that. I've got a popup going there. Check this out. I can change this video. I can put in whatever video I want, one of my YouTube videos. I could also do Vimeo. I could do a Wistia video. I could do a self-hosted video. That's just one of these templates.
Look at this. Look at all of these other templates you can use. That was a video sales page, but you could also do one if you have an offer for, like, a white paper or something that you want to give away. Check this out. Let me find one here. I can show you really quick. I mean, this is just so awesome. Here you go, this is a basic one. If you have a white paper, an e-book, a PDF, something like that, you just load up this landing page. This is super simple. All you do here is you swap out the image, the e-cover. You hit change image. You put in your own image. You load this up with your autoresponder, your e-mail marketing service, whoever you're using, you can usually integrate that with Thrive. It connects at the API level, and bam you can just have your e-book download.
You can even load up the landing page templates for a thank you page for this. It's just so simple to load his up.
